- Who is Arun Living for?
- People looking for a high-quality, community-oriented home in Koh Samui, particularly those planning later life, independent residents, couples and people who may want additional support.
- Is Arun a nursing home?
- No. Arun is first a residential living community. Additional support and care can be added according to assessed needs and lawful service availability.
- When does Arun Living open?
- 1 August 2028.
- Are applications open?
- Yes. Applications are now open for people considering move-in from opening.
- Is applying binding?
- No. An initial application starts a private conversation. Residency becomes binding only once the relevant residency agreement is signed. We do not take a payment with an application.
- How large are the residences?
- The current design is around 36 m² per private suite, with the final detailed specification to follow the completed design.
- What is included in the base fee?
- Private residence, half-board, housekeeping, laundry, ordinary utilities and Wi-Fi, community programming and use of shared amenities under the current opening package.
- Is care included?
- Additional personal or clinical support is separate and depends on assessed needs.
- Can couples live at Arun?
- Yes, subject to the final residence configuration and applicable second-resident fee.
- What if my needs change?
- The goal is to adapt support around the resident whenever it can be done safely and appropriately. More intensive needs are individually assessed rather than automatically promised.
- Can family visit?
- Yes. Arun is intended to make family part of ordinary life. Guest stays can be arranged as an additional service.
- Do I have to participate in activities?
- No.
- Is Arun beachfront?
- No. Arun is located in Choeng Mon, close to the sea. We do not claim beachfront location or private beach access, and not every residence has a sea view.
- Can Arun help with visas and insurance?
- The team can help residents navigate practical questions, but visa and insurance eligibility remain individual and subject to the relevant authorities and providers.
