Arun Living Choeng Mon is planned as a low-rise, pedestrian community: single-storey homes set into landscaped tropical gardens, with shared life at its centre.
Low, green and walkable.
Everything is arranged so daily life happens on one level. Shaded pathways connect the residences to the gardens, the pool and the shared pavilion, with gentle gradients, level thresholds and generous circulation.
Service functions are kept discreet so the parts of the community you live in stay quiet.
What the community contains
Shared life at the centre, privacy at the edges.
Private residential zones
Clusters of single-storey suites, each with its own entrance and outdoor space, set back from the busier shared areas.
The shared pavilion
Lounge, dining, coffee, books and a place for talks, games and family visits.
Pool and movement
A pool for swimming rather than posing, and space for gentle movement and exercise.
Gardens and quiet areas
Planted courtyards, shaded seats and corners where you can read without being joined.
Accessible because it is designed that way.
Accessibility is not an adaptation added later. Single-storey homes, level entrances, wide doors, good lighting, clear wayfinding and shaded rest points are part of the plan from the beginning.
The intention is a place that stays easy to live in over many years, and stays beautiful while doing it.
