The current design direction is a private ground-floor suite of approximately 36 m²: a comfortable place to sit, a good place to sleep, storage that actually works, and an accessible bathroom.
Materials are calm and natural, plaster, timber, stone, linen, so the home feels warm rather than styled. Sliding doors open to a private outdoor space, and the garden is always a few steps away.

Level-access shower, room to move, sensible lighting and discreet support where it is useful. Designed to be safe without looking clinical.
Housekeeping and laundry are included in the base residence, and maintenance is our job, not yours.

Sizes and layouts are the current design direction and will be confirmed in the final specification. Not every residence has a sea view, and we will always be straightforward with you about which is which.
