Choeng Mon · Koh Samui, Opening 1 August 2028, Resident applications open

For Families

A home you can feel good about.

Choosing somewhere for someone you love is different from choosing somewhere for yourself. Here are the questions families actually ask us.

The questions that matter.

Will they be happy here?

That depends on the person, and we would rather find out honestly than persuade you. Arun suits people who want their own home, their own hours and company within reach, not a programme to be enrolled in.

What happens if they need more help?

Support is assessed individually and can be added: everyday practical help, personal and nursing support, rehabilitation and physician access through appropriate licensed arrangements. We will tell you plainly if a need goes beyond what Arun can responsibly provide.

Can we stay involved?

Yes, with your relative's agreement. You can be part of conversations about support and practical arrangements, and you can reach a person who knows them.

Can we visit?

Yes, and we want you to. Family visits are ordinary life here, not visiting hours. Guest stays can be arranged as an additional service.

Who do we speak to?

A named contact within the Arun team, not a call centre. Before opening, that is the team handling applications.

How do fees work?

One clear base fee from THB 100,000 per month for one resident, covering the residence, half-board, housekeeping, laundry, ordinary utilities and the community programme. Additional services and care are quoted separately according to assessed need.

How does the application work?

You can apply on behalf of a parent or relative, with their knowledge and agreement where appropriate. It is non-binding, there is no payment, and it starts a private conversation.

Somebody paying attention.

The difference between a beautiful place and a place you trust is whether anyone notices. Arun is being designed at a scale where the team can know residents by name and notice when something changes.

We are not going to describe a family portal or daily reporting service that does not exist yet. What we can promise now is clarity, a real contact and honest conversation.

Apply on behalf of someone you love.

Non-binding, no payment, and a private conversation with a person who will know their name.

Resident applications are now open.
