When you submit a resident application or sign up for opening updates, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, contact details, country, preferred language, what matters to you, the broad level of support you think may be relevant, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We also record technical context such as the page that referred you and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We do not ask for passport numbers, diagnoses, medication lists or medical records through this website. Any detailed health assessment happens later, through a properly secured process, and only with your agreement.

To review your application, contact you about it, and have a private conversation about whether Arun is the right home. If you give separate marketing consent, we also send occasional opening updates.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep applications for as long as needed to manage the resident enquiry and any resulting residency, and then only as long as required for legitimate administrative or legal reasons.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Use the contact route on this site and we will act on it.
